If you opt in to receive text messages from AP Recruiters, we use your mobile number and messaging consent only to deliver recruiting / customer-care SMS related to that consent (for example job updates, interview scheduling, application status, and related follow-up). We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Sharing of other personal information
We may share non-SMS personal information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, background-check, or payroll partners), with employers or candidates as needed to deliver recruiting services you requested, or when required by law. Those disclosures exclude mobile numbers and SMS opt-in / consent data used for marketing or promotional purposes, which are never shared as described above.
Data retention and security
We retain information as long as needed for recruiting, contractual, or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your choices
