Business Analyst – Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Onsite) – AI Transformation & Change Management
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to lead change management efforts for a portfolio of AI transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help technical and business teams adopt new ways of working, ensuring that process, communications, and stakeholder alignment keep pace with digital innovation.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity based onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The position follows a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, 40 hours per week. Per diem support is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute change management strategies that support AI transformation projects across the organization.
- Coordinate with technical teams, change leads, workstream leaders, and business unit subject matter experts to align project goals and timelines.
- Develop and deliver communications that build awareness, readiness, and adoption among impacted stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination to identify risks, resolve barriers, and maintain momentum across workstreams.
- Apply project management discipline to track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support process design and control activities that reinforce sustainable change.
- Ensure compliance with NERC CIP requirements, including unescorted physical access protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in change management, including planning, execution, and adoption measurement.
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management experience, including coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholders and build alignment among diverse groups.
- Familiarity with NERC CIP compliance and the ability to meet unescorted physical access requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Background in operations or process improvement.
- Prosci certification or equivalent change management credential.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of process design and process controls.
