IT Business Systems Analyst – Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) – AWS, PostgreSQL & SAP/Supply Chain Support
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to support cloud-based applications and APIs in AWS. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting systems related to SAP, finance, procurement, and supply chain functions.
This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity with the option to extend, working onsite at the Juno Beach, FL office during standard business hours (8–5, 40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot cloud applications and APIs in AWS to ensure reliable system performance.
- Support deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution using PostgreSQL, SQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Work with Python-based services, REST APIs, and AWS services including ECS, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager, and managed PostgreSQL.
- Support SAP, finance, procurement, or supply chain systems and related business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment pipelines, monitoring, and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting cloud applications and APIs in AWS.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS CloudWatch for deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Experience with Python-based services, REST APIs, and AWS services such as ECS, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager, and managed PostgreSQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to support production systems effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with TypeScript, AWS CDK, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience supporting SAP, finance, procurement, or supply chain systems is highly valued.
