Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role will drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health while providing leadership across internal teams and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate has led Salesforce teams and complex enterprise environments, with strong experience in platform governance, architecture, vendor/SOW oversight, and multi-cloud Salesforce delivery. This individual should be able to bridge technical and business priorities, establish scalable standards, and communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform governance, architecture, security, delivery standards, and long-term platform health across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide leadership across internal teams and strategic partners to ensure aligned delivery and operational excellence.
- Oversee vendors, statements of work (SOWs), budgets, and delivery performance to meet business objectives.
- Bridge technical and business priorities, translating complex platform needs into actionable plans.
- Establish scalable standards and best practices for multi-cloud and multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Communicate platform strategy, risk, and investment needs to technical and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources in enterprise environments.
- Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations.
- Experience overseeing vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Salesforce certifications and architecture experience.
- Salesforce COE leadership experience.
- Enterprise Salesforce delivery track record.
- Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills.
