About the Role
Our client, a faith-based non-profit organization serving the poor in more than 30 countries, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This contract role can be remote or based in the corporate office in Pompano Beach, FL, and reports to the Marketing Campaign Manager. You will coordinate integrated campaigns that engage and nurture donors and prospects, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and results reporting.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external media partners, and agencies to deliver print, radio, direct mail, and digital advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and traffic marketing deliverables across print, radio, direct mail, and digital advertising channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external media partners, and marketing agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate and timely internal communication regarding project status, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in future campaigns.
- Uphold brand and identity consistency across all internal and external communication channels.
- Edit and proofread copy for marketing materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with donor-centric messaging.
- Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, technology coordination, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, ideally within non-profit development.
- Strong familiarity with current non-profit marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Highly organized with outstanding time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, and internal departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the organization's mission.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of contemporary Christian marketing and fundraising practices.
- Experience with marketing automation, research, or advertising.
- Background in Catholic or Christian marketing.
- Public relations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business.
