- Support and optimize Palo Alto and SonicWall firewalls, along with enterprise network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs).
- Partner with Cybersecurity teams to improve security posture, vulnerability remediation, and compliance, while participating in on-call support and incident response.

- Strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Experience with GitHub source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in automating infrastructure with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, DHCP) and firewall administration (Palo Alto, SonicWall).
- Experience supporting enterprise storage technologies (VxRail, Vblock, Isilon/PowerScale, Data Domain, Avamar, Rubrik) and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.
