About the Role
Our client is seeking a Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer to lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products. In this role, you will translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, impactful experiences. A core focus is leveraging AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts, develop AI-rendered prototypes, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity based on-site in Juno Beach, FL, offering a chance to drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement within a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user-centered research, strategy, and design for enterprise-scale digital products.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and task-flow definition to align business goals with user needs.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions, confidently challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, generate design concepts, and build interactive prototypes for rapid validation.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, and data science teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
- Utilize Figma, JIRA, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to manage design workflows and deliverables.
- Identify and champion opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences that enhance user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in UX/UI research and design.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process, from discovery to prototyping.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, JIRA, and usability testing methodologies.
- Expertise in journey mapping, stakeholder interviews, and workshop facilitation.
- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Excellent strategic leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design rationale.
Preferred Skills
- Experience collaborating with data science teams to integrate quantitative insights into design.
- Familiarity with various LLM tools for accelerating UX workflows.
- Background in enterprise product design and complex task-flow definition.
