  • Oversee the full lifecycle of control system project requirements, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Partner with equipment suppliers to plan and execute factory integration testing, validating new hardware designs against requirements.
  • Serve as the plant controls subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to internal teams and external customers.
  • Support the commissioning team during plant turnover, including on-site verification, troubleshooting, and certification of control systems.
  • Manage deliverables from domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality and alignment with project specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SCADA or controls engineering experience, with a strong background in power plant controls and renewable energy.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in the Power Generation industry.

  • Master's degree in a related engineering discipline.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean.
