Project Manager – Juno Beach, FL (On-site) – Digital & Analytics Solutions
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their Engineering, Construction team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based on-site in Juno Beach, FL, where you will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, analysts, software developers, and technical teams to develop and improve digital, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. You will play a key role in driving product initiatives that support the largest renewable construction company in the world.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of assigned products and solutions from initial discovery through development, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to guide cross-functional teams toward achieving project, business unit, and corporate targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, IT, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver scalable, best-in-class solutions.
- Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, gather feedback, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct business-process analysis and technology assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development.
- Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction, while supporting process, tool, and training initiatives across the ECSC team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or project management.
- Strong financial and data analysis skillset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in construction, energy industry, and/or supply chain.
- Background in product management, product ownership, digital transformation, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology.
