About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Juno Beach, Florida. This is an entry-level, onsite position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a bachelor's degree and at least one year of coordination or scheduling experience. In this role, you will serve as the logistical backbone of the talent acquisition process, ensuring that interviews and candidate communications run smoothly and professionally.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior executives to coordinate complex schedules, often across multiple time zones. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and maintain a polished candidate experience will directly contribute to the team's success. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract assignment running from late June through late December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate interview scheduling by aligning calendars across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives, proactively resolving conflicts and accommodating last-minute changes.
  2. Arrange high-stakes executive interviews, preparing detailed itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a seamless, professional candidate experience.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for interview logistics, sending invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications with clarity and timeliness.
  4. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all scheduling entries, communications, and documentation to prevent errors and double-bookings.
  5. Support the broader talent acquisition team with administrative tasks related to candidate tracking and process improvement.
  6. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and business information.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. At least 1 year of professional experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative support role.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a customer-service mindset.
  5. Proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  6. Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL, during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting recruiting or HR functions is a plus but not required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and coordinating across multiple time zones will be advantageous.
