About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Specialist to join their Contract Administration team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a quality assurance champion for commercial customer contracts, upholding organizational principles of integrity and compliance throughout the review and fulfillment lifecycle. You will also support the execution and storage of non‑customer contracts in alignment with operational processes and security regulations.

This is an on‑site position where you will collaborate closely with team members to maintain best practices, meet service‑level agreements, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities

  1. Review, approve, and fulfill customer contracts in strict accordance with established standards and compliance requirements.
  2. Manage the Contract Administration email inbox, triaging inquiries and processing contracts within defined service‑level agreements.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices that enhance contract quality and operational efficiency.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation to support consistent and scalable contract operations.
  5. Execute mail merges and generate reports to support contract tracking, audits, and business insights.
  6. Ensure non‑customer contracts are executed and stored according to operational processes and security protocols.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and handle complex contract issues with professionalism and sound judgment.


Required Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of experience in an operations, legal, or contracts role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with employees and management at all levels.
  5. Professional demeanor with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proven capacity to manage complex, confidential matters in a fast‑paced environment.
  7. Self‑starter with strong personal integrity and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.


Preferred Skills

While not required, experience with contract management systems, mail merge tools, or process documentation is a plus. Our client values continuous learners who proactively seek ways to improve workflows.
