About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter at the Associate level to join our recruiting team. In this entry-level position, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referral programs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
