  3. Take independent action on incoming requests, intervene where necessary, and serve as a liaison between departments.
  4. Oversee office logistics such as supply orders, badge and security requests, and daily parking ticket validation.
  5. Gather, organize, and present information to support team projects and decision-making.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Office tools—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—to create documents, reports, and presentations.
  7. Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  1. 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
  5. Strong teamwork orientation and self-motivation.
  6. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.

Preferred Skills

While not required, experience supporting conference or event coordination and familiarity with security or parking management processes are considered a plus.
