About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this contract role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of mid-level positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You will own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.

This is a fully onsite position based in Juno Beach, FL, requiring five days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies.
  3. Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, networking, and creative outreach.
  4. Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  5. Screen candidates for both technical skills and culture fit, ensuring a consistent evaluation process.
  6. Facilitate structured interviews and support data-driven hiring decisions.
  7. Track key metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed, while contributing to diversity hiring efforts and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally spanning both agency and corporate environments.
  3. Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers.
  5. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  6. Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  7. Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Preferred Skills

While not required, 3+ years of recruiting experience is a plus. Our client values a proactive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
