Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic enterprise IT team supporting large-scale Salesforce initiatives. This role involves end-to-end development across front-end, back-end, integrations, and data engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable, high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

1. Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
2. Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows
3. Develop scalable backend logic, including asynchronous processing and platform events
4. Ensure adherence to best practices (governor limits, bulkification, test coverage)

UI/UX Development

1. Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using LWC, JavaScript, and CSS
2. Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
3. Develop and maintain Experience Cloud portals and community sites

Integration Engineering

1. Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC
2. Work with enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, SAP, and legacy platforms
3. Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring

Data Engineering & Migration

1. Design and manage Salesforce data models and architecture
2. Lead data migration efforts (ETL/ELT, validation, reconciliation)
3. Maintain data quality, governance, and compliance standards

Atlassian Migration

1. Support migration from on-prem Jira/Confluence to cloud
2. Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
3. Develop migration strategies and execution plans

AI-Driven Development

1. Utilize Generative AI / Agentic AI tools to accelerate development
2. Implement AI-enabled Salesforce features (Einstein AI, automation workflows)
3. Ensure quality and consistency of AI-generated code

Governance & Compliance

1. Maintain security best practices (roles, permissions, sharing rules)
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards
3. Document all technical solutions and processes

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

1. Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Architecture)
3. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Required Qualifications

1. 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
2. Strong expertise in:
3. Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
4. Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
5. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
6. Hands-on experience with data modeling, migration, and ETL processes
7. Experience with Atlassian migration (Jira/Confluence)
8. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce DX
9. Experience using AI tools in development workflows
10. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Platform Developer II or Experience Cloud certifications
2. Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries
3. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce
4. Familiarity with SAP, Documentum, or enterprise systems
5. Experience in distributed or offshore team environments

Work Environment & Additional Details

1. Onsite requirement: 5 days/week (option to work from home 1 day/week after 6 months)
2. Interview process: 2 rounds, both conducted in person
3. No travel required
