About the Role
Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking an experienced Customer Outreach & Communications Support professional for a 12-month contract role based onsite in Juno Beach, Florida. In this position, you will play a key part in coordinating communication campaigns and initiatives that support company programs, projects, and announcements. You will ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards, corporate guidelines, and regulatory requirements while collaborating across marketing, public relations, and operational teams.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator with 6–10 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment. You will help shape how our client connects with its audiences by delivering clear, consistent, and impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end communication campaigns and initiatives that support company programs, projects, and announcements.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards, corporate messaging guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project timelines to guarantee communication deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support leadership communications, including announcements, briefings, and strategic updates.
- Partner with marketing, public relations, and operational teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
- Conduct audience analysis to tailor communications for maximum clarity and impact, and maintain thorough documentation of plans, deliverables, and results.
- Review and edit communication materials to uphold quality, clarity, and consistency, while tracking and reporting on metrics to leadership and recommending process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree.
- 5+ years of professional work experience, with 6–10 years in customer outreach and communications strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and operations.
Preferred Skills
While not required, experience in the energy or utilities sector and familiarity with communication metrics and reporting tools are a plus.
